Terms and Conditions

From 6 November 2009 untill 6 December 2009, any new subscribers to DiGi Music™ Unlimited ("DiGiMusic") is entitled to get one (1) FREE ticket ("the Ticket") to showcases stipulated below ("the Giveaway") that shall be held in the following dates and venues:

4 December 2009, 6 p.m. onwards	Penang Autocity
5 December 2009, 6 p.m. onwards	Sungei Wang/BB Plaza, 4th Floor Open Carpark
6 December 2009, 6 p.m. onwards	Kota Kinabalu 1Borneo Hypermall

The new DiGiMusic subscriber shall be given a choice of which showcase he wishes to attend. The Ticket is strictly not for sale and is valid only for the chosen showcase.

Eligibility:

•	All DiGi postpaid and prepaid customers are eligible to participate in the Giveaway ("Participant/ Participants") except permanent, contract and temporary employees of DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (201283-M) ("DiGi").
•	Tickets are given away based on a first come first serve basis.
•	DiGi reserves the right to reject any entry at DiGi's sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.

Giveaway Mechanics:

3.1	From 6 November 2009 until 6 December 2009, any new subscribers to DiGiMusic is entitled to get one (1) FREE ticket to either one of the location chosen by the Participant for DiGiMusic LIVE – Chinese Showcases ("the Showcase").
3.2	Only Participants who are active subscribers to DiGiMusic at the time of collection of the Tickets are entitled to the Tickets.
3.3	Normal SMS and GPRS charges apply to all DiGi services accessed through the SMS or WAP/GPRS/EDGE channels respectively.

Existing DiGiMusic Subscribers

Existing DiGiMusic subscribers may redeem one (1) FREE tickets to either one of the Showcases from 10th November 2009 to 24th November 2009. Tickets are given away on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last.

Redemption of Tickets

a.	The location of the Ticket redemption point shall be published in digimusic.com.my/live which may be updated by DiGi from time to time.
b.	For existing DiGiMusic subscribers (i.e. those who are subscribers before 11 November 2009), Tickets can be redeemed from (and inclusive) 10 November 2009 until 24 November 2009.
c.	For new DiGiMusic subscribers (i.e. those who are subscribers after 10 November 2009), Tickets can be redeemed from (and inclusive) 10 November 2009 until 4 December 2009.

The Tickets are not to be offered for sale, exchangeable and/or transferable.

Each Participant shall be entitled to one (1) Ticket only regardless of how many MSISDN number are used to subscribe to DiGiMusic.

The Participant needs to be 12 years old and above. In the event the Participant is below 15 years old and below, the said Participant needs to obtain and provide DiGi with the formal parental consent to attend the Showcase. In the event the Participant fails to provide DiGi with the said parental/ guardian consent, DiGi reserves the right to cancel the Participant's name and to forfeit the Ticket. Participants who are 15 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult (minimum age of 21 years old) who must also have a Ticket in order to attend the Showcase.

Cameras, video recorders and all other recording devices, helmets, long umbrellas, flammable, dangerous objects and controlled substances are strictly prohibited to be taken to the Showcase and the Participant will not be permitted entry if the above mentioned articles are found on them. The Participant agrees to submit to the necessary search for the prohibited items. Alcoholic drinks, drugs and outside food and drinks are not allowed in the Showcase venue. Photography and any recording of the Showcase is strictly prohibited. DiGi reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming or who is in violation of the forgoing restrictions.

DiGi does not warrant that the Giveaway/Showcase shall be uninterruptible and/or error free.

11.

DiGi reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or terminate this Giveaway/Showcase or any part thereof without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given to the Participant.

12.

DiGi reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Giveaway/Showcase with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by DiGi of the Giveaway/Showcase shall not entitle the Participant to any claim or compensation against DiGi for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

13.

DiGi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

14.

DiGi reserves the sole and absolute right to reject a Participation that is deemed ineligible for the Giveaway/Showcase.

15.

DiGi reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute the Ticket with an item of equal value without giving any prior notice.

16.

The Participant may be governed by a separate terms and conditions imposed by the organizer of the Giveaway/Showcase.

17.

DiGi shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with the Giveaway/Showcase or the Tickets.

18.

DiGi shall not be responsible or liable to any and/ or all of the Participant in the event the Giveaway/Showcase is postponed and/ or cancelled by the event organiser.

19.

The Participant hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to DiGi to use the information or publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Participant's names, and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.

20.

DiGi reserves the right to withhold the Ticket aforementioned at DiGi's sole and absolute discretion should there be any fraud cases detected before the Tickets are given to the Participants.

21.

DiGi reserves the right to change the mechanics at DiGi's sole discretion should the situation demand so.

22.

DiGi shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Giveaway/Showcase/Tickets, even if DiGi has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

23.

By participating in the Giveaway/Showcase, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

24.

All other terms and conditions governing the use of any of DiGi's mobile telecommunication services in relation to the Giveaway/Showcase shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.

25.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed by the Laws of Malaysia and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaya.
