Frequently Asked Question - “What I’ll Do For Music” Social App
Q1 Who can add this application and refer friends?
A1 Both DiGi and non-DiGi customers can add this application and refer their friends. However, in order to redeem for eligible items, the user will first need to register the application to a valid DiGi MSISDN, with an active DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music subscription.
Q2 How do I register my application in order to start redeeming?
A2 If you do not see the “Account Associated” stamp on the application, you will need to obtain a unique keyword by clicking on “Link Your Accounts”. The application will display a unique key word (e.g. ABCD1234). The user will then need to SMS in <MUSIC KEY ABCD1234> to 2888 via a valid DiGi MSISDN, with an active DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music subscription. You will receive a confirmation SMS once it has been successfully registered.
Q3 Is there specific time period during which I can register my application?
A3 No. Once you have added the application, you can already register your application to a valid DiGi MSISDN with an active DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music subscription. We suggest that you do this immediately so as to get an early advantage when the online redemption window opens on the 19th of November.
Q4 Who can accept/reject/suggest offers?
A4 Only DiGi customers will be able to “Accept” offers, as the “acceptance” of offers is tied to the act of subscribing online to DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music service. However, customers who were previously subscribed to the Unlimited Music service will not be able to “Accept” offers for this round.

Both DiGi and non-DiGi customers (with the application installed) will be able to “Suggest” another offer and “Reject” offers.
Q5 Can a user accept multiple offers?
A5 Once an MSISDN has subscribed to the DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music service, the owner of that MSISDN will not be able to “Accept” any further offers. He/she however will continue to be able to make offers to friends/contacts.
Q6 My contact to whom I made an offer to would like to accept my offer but he/she is not a DiGi subscriber. What should he/she do?
A6 All he/she needs to do first is to get a valid DiGi MSISDN by porting her current phone line over, sign up to a DiGi Postpaid plan or purchase a DiGi Prepaid starter pack.
Q7 How will I know if my friends have accepted my offer OR that I have successfully managed to get my friends to join DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music?
A7 You can check on the current status of all the offers you have made by clicking on “My Offer Status.”
Q8 What happens if I make an offer to a friend who is an existing DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music subscriber?
A8 If your friend attempts to “Accept” your offer, the website will prompt him/her that he/she is currently subscribed to the service. Thereafter, his/her status will be listed as “Rejected” when viewed from “My Offer Status.”
Q9 Can a DiGi number be used to register to more than 1 social network profile, on separate social networks? (e.g. using the same MSISDN to register the application on a profile on Facebook and on Friendster)
A9 No. Registration of the same MSISDN on multiple Application profiles residing on the same or different online social networks is not allowed. Any one MSISDN can only be registered to one social network profile.
Q10 Can a DiGi number be used to register to more than 1 social network profile on the same social network? (e.g. using the same MSISDN to register the application on 2 profiles on Facebook)
A10 This is also not allowed. The application will prompt you should your MSISDN be already registered to another social network profile.
Q11 If I own 2 DiGi numbers, would I be able to register on 2 separate profiles, be it on a similar or on a separate social network?
A11 Yes, this is allowed, but each MSISDN will still be subject to the above two rules i.e. A9 and A10.
Q12 I have successfully redeemed online. However, I will not be able to collect it personally at the stated collection point on the stipulated date/time. How do I go about this?
A12 As stated within the campaign Terms and Conditions, the referrer MUST be present personally for collection. However, for genuine cases and on a case-by-case basis, the referrer may assign a proxy to collect the items on his/her behalf. The referrer would need to provide a signed authorisation letter to the proxy, including a forward of the SMS notification by DiGi. At the point of collection, a DiGi representative will then make the call to the referrer for a verbal confirmation before releasing the items to the proxy.
Q13 If I have registered my application to an MSISDN, can I change the registered MSISDN thereafter?
A13 No.
Q14 I have successfully referred 3 friends. However, the redemption items for those who referred 3 or more individuals (Tier 3) have run out. What now?
A14 Quantities are limited, so you will need to get in as early as possible after the online redemption window opens. In the example above, where available, you will be able to redeem at either Tier 1 or 2 as well.
Q15 I have successfully referred 1 friend. However, the redemption items for those who referred 1 individual (Tier 1) have run out. What now?
A15 With only 1 referral, you will NOT be able to redeem at the higher tiers once Tier 1 items has been fully redeemed.
Q16 Would I be able to redeem online more than once (assuming I managed to get more referees to subscribe to DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music within the duration when the online redemption window is open)?
A16 No. You will only be able to redeem online once per MSISDN, on both Facebook and Friendster. As such, do ensure that you have collected the maximum number of referees possible before opting to click on the “Redeem Now” button.
Q17 How much does it cost for my friend to subscribe to DiGi Music™ Unlimited Music through me/this campaign?
A17 The cost of subscription remains the same i.e.RM5/month.
